About Our Clinic| Why do you have password-protected areas on our website? |
Our professional governing body requires that we have a veterinary-client relationship with individuals before communicating certain information to them. These are the areas that require you to enter your client password. |
| What are your hours of operation? |
Our regular appointment hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m. We are also open at 7:30 a.m. for early drop-offs to serve you better. Saturday we are open from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Please call 770-532-0491 to book a convenient appointment time. |
| What do I do in the case of an emergency and your clinic isn’t open? |
In an EMERGENCY, call An-Emerge @ 770-534-2911. An-Emerge is our local Emergency Veterinary hospital with a staff veterinarian present during nights and weekends. The emergency hospital is located on Pearl Nix parkway across from the Lakeshore Mall. If you are not sure where the hospital is located, the staff at An-Emerge will be glad to give you directions when you call.

| Where is your clinic located? |
We are conveniently located at 1363 Thompson Bridge Road on the north side of Gainesville. The hospital is just north of the intersection of Enota Avenue and Thompson Bridge Road on the leftt-hand side of the road, next to Burger King. Parking is available in front of our building. |
| How do I get my password? |
If you are a client of our clinic, you may obtain your client password by calling our clinic directly at 770-532-0491. Our staff will confirm your association as a client and provide you with the password. |
