Before veterinary school, she gained valuable hands-on experience at the North Georgia Wildlife Park and Safari and worked as a veterinary assistant at Mt. Yonah Animal Hospital, where she cared for companion animals. Her passion for veterinary medicine grew from a love of both science and animals, as well as the meaningful relationships that can be built with pet owners through a shared commitment to their pets' health and well-being.
Outside of work, Dr. Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and has recently discovered a passion for baking sourdough. She and her husband share their home with an impressive assortment of animals, including dogs, cats, parrots, a rabbit, chinchillas, snakes, lizards, and four outdoor pigs.
